It will include a golf course, resort facilities, fitness centers, accommodations, and recreational areas. Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, Võ Văn Hưng, welcomed the Korean company's exploration of investment opportunities in Quang Tri's coastal tourism potential. He emphasized that the coastal land in Gio Linh District has attracted significant interest from both domestic and international businesses.
As a result, Quang Tri Province aims to collaborate with investors who have strong potential, a solid strategy, and a genuine commitment to developing coastal resort projects combined with golf courses. The goal is to ensure that these projects are implemented effectively and with high quality.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned Gio Linh District to coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to support the investor in implementing the next steps of the project in accordance with legal regulations.
