Hoiana Shores Golf Club, one of Vietnam’s premier championship golf courses, is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Chinese Customer Relationship Specialist
⛳ Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking members and guests.
Provide personalized customer support before, during, and after each golf experience.
Assist with reservations, guest enquiries, and special requests.
Coordinate with Golf Operations and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Support membership engagement, tournaments, and customer events.
Act as a communication bridge between guests and the club to ensure service excellence.
⛳Requirements
Vietnamese national.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
Good command of English.
Passion for customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of golf or previous experience in the golf, hospitality, or luxury service industry is highly preferred.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
