Vietnam Golf – Binh Dinh is planning to build a Luxury Golf Resort and superyacht project

On January 16, Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee, Pham Anh Tuan, represented the provincial government in signing a memorandum of understanding with Mr. Tong Duc Hieu, Chairman of Lac Viet Group, and Mr. Timur Shahrukh Sheer Mohamed, Co-Chairman of Lac Viet Palmer Johnson Marine Urban Joint Stock Company. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation in researching, surveying, and exploring investment opportunities for a luxury resort and superyacht project in the De Gi – Vung Boi area, covering an area of 4,360 hectares.

The Lac Viet Palmer Johnson De Gi Superyacht & Resort project spans approximately 4,360 hectares, including 1,570 hectares of water surface in the De Gi Lagoon and parts of Cat Minh and Cat Khanh communes in Phu Cat District, as well as My Thanh, My Chanh, and My Cat communes in Phu My District, and Hon Trau Island (Nhon Hai Commune, Quy Nhon City).

The project has a total investment capital of approximately VND 105.75 trillion (around USD 4.5 billion).
