PDSI Group proposes a $2.6 billion service complex and golf course investment in Bình Thuận

On the afternoon of March 26, Bình Thuận Province Chairman Đỗ Hữu Huy met with PDSI Group to exchange information about the service complex and golf course project, with an estimated total investment of around $2.6 billion. During the meeting, Peter Dalkeith Scott, Chairman of PDSI Group, mentioned that the company has been operating globally since 1989, with a strong financial foundation supported by strategic partners in many countries.

With its current financial capacity and experience, PDSI Group proposes the development of the Bình Thuận PDSI service complex and golf course in Thuận Quý Commune, Hàm Thuận Nam District, covering 425 hectares, with a projected investment of approximately $2.6 billion. In addition to the civil engineering works and golf course, the project will include a hotel, retail shopping center, villas, townhouses, luxury apartments, and condominium buildings.

PDSI Group hopes to form a long-term partnership with Bình Thuận Province to develop projects that will benefit the local community.

Bình Thuận Province Chairman Đỗ Hữu Huy welcomed PDSI Group’s proposal to invest in the area, noting that it aligns with the province’s development plans for the future. Mr. Huy stated that if the project proceeds as planned by the investor, it will bring significant benefits, further boosting the province’s tourism and sports activities.

As a result, Mr. Huy urged PDSI Group to complete the necessary procedures and documentation in line with the guidance of the relevant provincial authorities.

On behalf of the province, Mr. Huy committed to providing full support to ensure the project moves forward. He instructed the relevant departments to actively coordinate and assist the group in completing the necessary procedures as per regulations.
