According to the project announcement, La Brise Resort will be developed in Tan Mai Ward, Nghe An Province, covering a total area of nearly 218 hectares, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2029.
Within the master plan, approximately 90 hectares will be dedicated to an 18-hole international-standard golf course, while nearly 89 hectares will be allocated to resort development, including a five-star hotel, luxury villas, and premium tourism services. The remaining area will be used for green spaces, ecological landscapes, and supporting infrastructure.
The integration of golf facilities, resort accommodations, and natural surroundings has become an increasingly popular development model among emerging tourism destinations in Vietnam. As a result, golfers visiting Nghe An currently have only a limited number of golfing options. The introduction of La Brise Resort will add a new product to the market while expanding the province’s capacity to accommodate visitors through the combination of an 18-hole golf course, a five-star hotel, and a large-scale resort complex within a single destination.
