Trump International breaks ground in Vietnam with a $1.5 billion mega project in Hung Yen, Vietnam.

On May 21st, Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation and the Trump Organization officially broke ground on Trump International Hung Yen — the first Trump-branded luxury golf, villa, and resort complex in Vietnam.

One day earlier, the People’s Committee of Hung Yen Province issued Decision No. 1135/QD-UBND regarding the land lease for the project implementation.

Hung Yen Investment and Development Group Joint Stock Company — a subsidiary of KBC — was granted the first-phase lease of 17,463.8 square meters of land in Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province to begin the Khoai Chau Urban, Eco-Tourism, and Golf Complex Project.

This initial land allocation represents only a small portion of the total 990.43-hectare project area.

The land lease is valid until May 15, 2075.

Spanning nearly 1,000 hectares with a total investment of over $1.5 billion, the development will feature a world-class 54-hole VIP golf course, luxury villas, an upscale resort, a modern urban complex, and a wide range of international-standard amenities.

Hung Yen Province, located just 30km from Hanoi, is known for its strategic location in the heart of Northern Vietnam’s economic corridor. With rapidly improving infrastructure, proximity to major highways and industrial zones, and a rich cultural heritage, Hung Yen is quickly emerging as a hub for both investment and high-end tourism.
