⛳ Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position for a Director of Golf Operations based in Hanoi. The role involves overseeing all aspects of golf course operations, including managing staff, coordinating tournaments, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining course standards. The Director will implement strategies to enhance revenue, improve guest experience, and promote the brand. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments to align with organizational goals.
⛳ Qualifications:
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff
– Expertise in golf operations, including managing events, fostering membership growth, and ensuring high-quality maintenance of facilities
– Proficiency in budget management, operational planning, and revenue optimization
– Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
– Knowledge of golf industry standards and regulations; experience in the hospitality or sports sector is a plus
– Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
