Hoiana Shores Golf Club continues to strengthen its position on the regional golf map by partnering with the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) to deliver the Business Management Institute (BMI) Asia Pacific program in Vietnam.
The program is designed to strengthen management capabilities, develop future leaders, and enhance operational standards across golf clubs in line with international practices.

Training Roadmap Through 2028
The program will be delivered from 2026 to 2028, covering five specialized training modules:
- 17–21 August 2026: Club Management
- January 2027: Leadership Principles
- October 2027: Sports & Recreation Management
- January 2028: General Manager / Chief Operating Officer
- August 2028: Food & Beverage Management
The training roadmap covers key areas of golf club operations, from management and leadership to sports, recreation, and food & beverage services.
