Clubhouse Manager – BRG Golf Vietnam

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take full responsibility for managing and operating the following departments: Restaurant, Kitchen, Housekeeping & Laundry, Locker Room, etc.

• Ensure the Clubhouse operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely for customers.

• Maintain high service quality standards; manage facilities and inventory within the Clubhouse area.

• Ensure the security and safety of customers’ personal belongings stored in lockers.

• Welcome and attend to guests at the Clubhouse.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Propose and implement initiatives to increase revenue for the restaurant and Clubhouse services.

• Organize events, banquets, VIP services, and other special functions.

• Guide and supervise staff to comply with approved standard operating procedures (SOPs); propose improvements or changes when necessary.

• Organize staff training, assign duties, and evaluate performance and service quality within the department.

• Work directly with contractors related to Clubhouse facilities and services.

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Carry out additional tasks as required by the Company Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Type of work: As assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.

Working hours: Full-time, permanent.

Number of subordinates: Approximately 60 staff members.

Educational background: University degree or higher.

Major: Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in the golf industry is a strong advantage.

Knowledge:

• Human resource management and development.

• General knowledge of economics and social matters.
