⛳ What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily club operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across all departments.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
Act as the primary liaison between members and club management, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Coordinate with F&B, golf operations, and events teams to deliver seamless experiences.
Monitor and improve operational workflows, ensuring compliance with club standards.
Lead membership initiatives including onboarding, retention, and feedback programs.
Analyze member data and feedback to inform service improvements and club offerings.
Support marketing and promotional activities to grow membership and club visibility.
⛳ What the golf course needs from you:
Proven experience in hospitality, club management, or customer relations (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a member-first mindset.
Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and operational tools.
A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
Passion for golf or leisure club environments is highly desirable.
