General Manager – Golf Club in Vietnam

Location: Phu Tho Provine, Vietnam

A new golf club in Northen Vietnam is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of an international-standard golf course.

⛳Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee full operations of the golf & hotel
– Ensure service quality, SOP development and implementation, brand standards, and guest experience
– Manage finances, P&L, revenue streams, and operating budgets
– Develop and execute business strategies, sales, membership, MICE, and marketing plans
– Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and brand reputation
Qualification:
– 10+ years in senior management within golf, resort, or international hospitality, including 3+ years as GM or Director of Operations
– Experience in Asian markets or managing local teams is an advantage
– Strong background in operations, membership, revenue, and financial management (P&L, budgeting, cost control)
– Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills
