Eschuri Vũng Bầu Golf – Golf Course General Manager
– Location: Kien Giang, Vietnam

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
– Take full responsibility for the Company’s operations before the Board of Directors; organize the implementation of tasks according to the functions assigned by the General Director, Head of the Block Operations Board or the Company Director from time to time;
– Analyze business results and coordinate with the Executive Board to develop plans and strategic directions to ensure the completion of annual business and operational targets; periodically report to the Chairman of the – Block/Head of the Operation Board on the operating situation, propose solutions to improve financial and operational efficiency.
– Proactively present at the business premises at a high level, regularly contact customers to receive feedback on product and service quality and overall satisfaction;
– Coordinate with the Executive Board to identify key issues and develop strategies to improve the hotel’s operational and financial efficiency;
– Propose business plans and promotional programs to increase revenue and improve service quality.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
– Build and manage the Company’s human resources to meet the requirements of performing the Company’s functions and tasks;
– Resolve issues related to human resource management/working environment/human resource policies within the scope of authority;
– Create a positive working environment and create opportunities for employees to learn and develop.

RISK MANAGEMENT: Control and assess potential risks that may occur during operations to propose preventive measures.

INTERNAL PROCESSES: Build and propose improvements to the operating procedures of Departments/Divisions; establish a set of working procedures and service quality standards to optimize business efficiency.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

– Control and approve expenditures to ensure effective use;
– Make appropriate budget adjustments at any time;
– Perform other tasks as assigned/directed by the Board of Directors.

II. REQUIREMENTS
– University degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related majors;
– Have at least five (05) years of experience working in a similar position such as General Manager, Director of Operations of Hotels and Tourist Areas;
– Have extensive knowledge of business administration, hotel operations; principles of landscape display; tourist psychology;
– Proficient in office computer skills; English;
