⛳ Job Description

– Working form: Labor contract

– Working period: from 11/11/2025 to 04/10/2027

– Technical expertise (if any): work experience

– Ensure all mechanical staff always work safely and effectively.

– Ensure all staff always comply with the regulations and working procedures of the company.

– Ensure all staff always wear uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company when working.

– Implement the proposed periodic maintenance program, strictly follow the instructions of the manufacturers within the allowed budget.

– Implement the plan for sharpening spiral knives and horizontal knives to ensure the quality of the cutting line is always guaranteed.

– Spare parts must always be kept at an optimal level.

– Immediately report to the general supervisor if any machinery is damaged or degraded.

– Inspect hydraulic hoses for all machines each time they are used and replace if damaged.

– Damages on the course must always be a top priority.

– Maintenance information and hours of use of machines must be recorded daily.

– The mechanic must check the quality of the cut, the condition of the machine every morning and go around to check the quality of the cut after the machine has finished cutting 9 holes.

– Coordinate and arrange the maintenance and repair schedule for all equipment.

– Responsible for instructing employees on safety and equipment standards.

– The workshop must be neat and tidy and cleaned after each job is completed.

– Schedule regular maintenance for all electric cars, check the running hours of each car monthly, rotate the use of cars within the allowed budget.

– Ensure hazardous waste is stored in the right place until they are collected.

Perform other tasks with similar functions and responsibilities or tasks assigned by the management.

⛳ Job Requirement

Understand all aspects of golf course maintenance.

Must have knowledge of golf course mechanics and experience with gasoline, diesel engines, hydraulic systems as well as electrical experience required.

Must have at least 2 years of experience working in golf course mechanics, maintenance and repair of all golf course related machinery and equipment with hands-on experience.

Good computer skills, budgeting and organizing paperwork.

Update routine maintenance schedules for machinery and golf carts.
