⛳ Key Responsibilities
– Lead department heads across Golf Operations, Agronomy, F&B, Sales, Events and Retail
– Set business plans to grow revenue, memberships and guest satisfaction
– Oversee daily operations: golf course, clubhouse, maintenance, outlets and pro shop/retail
– Manage budgets, forecasts and regular performance reports
– Track key KPIs: revenue, costs, rounds played, member retention and guest feedback
– Control costs and improve profitability across all areas
– Plan tournaments, events and member programs to increase engagement
– Work with Marketing to boost rounds, memberships and event bookings
– Build partnerships and community relationships to strengthen the club’s profile

⛳ Qualifications & Requirements
– Degree in Business, Hospitality, Golf Management or similar (MBA is a plus)
5–10 years management experience in a golf club or resort
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Good understanding of golf operations, agronomy, F&B and club admin
– Confident with budgets, financial planning and club systems (Jonas, Clubessential, ForeTees)
– PGA or CMAA certification is a plus
