Nghe An Province continues to attract investment interest as it officially launches the tender process to select an investor for the South of N2 Road Urban, Tourism, Resort and Sports Development Project (Phase 1). With a total investment of more than VND 7.226 trillion, the project is planned as a large-scale integrated golf, resort and coastal tourism destination, further strengthening the high-end tourism landscape in Vietnam’s North Central region.
A Coastal Golf & Resort Development Worth About VND 7.226 Trillion
According to the approved master plan, the project is located in An Chau Commune, within the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone. In addition to an 18-hole golf course, the development will include a coastal resort, a theme park, a new urban area and various tourism facilities, creating a multi-functional destination that combines leisure, hospitality and golf tourism.

- Total investment: About VND 7.226 trillion
- Project area: Approximately 174.29 hectares
- An 18-hole golf course covering more than 70 hectares, with an estimated capacity of 70,000-90,000 rounds annually
- A resort development offering approximately 900 guest beds, including luxury hotels and resort accommodations
- A 11.67-hectare theme park, expected to welcome 5-6 million visitors per year
- A new urban development featuring residential areas, commercial facilities, schools and supporting infrastructure
- The project is currently in the investor selection phase through a government tender process

Nghe An is currently home to one operational golf course, Cua Lo Golf Resort (18 holes). The launch of this large-scale coastal golf development reflects the province’s ongoing efforts to expand its golf ecosystem by integrating sports, tourism, hospitality and urban development.
