1. Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Drive golf, resort, and hospitality sales across domestic & international markets
– Manage brand positioning, digital marketing, and partnerships
– Build and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team
2. Requirements:
– Proven experience as DOSM / Sales & Marketing leader in hospitality, golf, or resort
– Strong network in travel, corporate segments; In-depth understanding of – Sales & Marketing in the high-end service industry, especially Golf.
– Strategic mindset with strong leadership and communication skills
– Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
